If you work in a KITA, then you or your provider could switch to a Wald-Kita. According to "Federal Association of Nature and Forest Kindergartens", the prerequisites would be met after a successful conclusion.

Final colloquium
The part-time course costs EUR 3,990.00 for 12 months, with 336 teaching units including all examination costs. For company-orientated and self-paying registrations, entrance fees (e.g. high ropes course) may be added. Payable in monthly instalments on request, e.g. EUR 225.00.
The course is AZAV certified, i.e. it can be paid for by the Employment Agency, JobCentre, pension insurance at 100%. It is also possible for your employer or potential employer to cover the costs. In addition, our courses can also be subsidised via AFBG (advancement funding) or through "Förderung der beruflichen Weiterbildung". We would be happy to advise you.

You will work on certificates of achievement in which you can consolidate the content you have learnt. Your final examination consists of a final colloquium (a written elaboration of a pedagogical project) and an oral "defence" or, as we like to say, a collegial discussion about your final colloquium.
At the end of the training programme, you will prepare a final colloquium in the form of an educational project and present it to the examiners.

The majority of the course takes place in face-to-face lessons, in nature.
The theoretical part can take place in hybrid, online or face-to-face mode, with most learners now favouring online learning. Face-to-face teaching" takes place online.
We are a Microsoft-certified training provider and work with TEAMS, among others.
You learn with adults. All of our apprentices have already been active in professional life. For personal reasons, you would now like to reorient yourself professionally or take the next step in your career. What you have in common is that you have made this decision.
The training takes place outdoors in spring, summer and autumn. This means that you will be in the forest, on the water, in the climbing garden, etc. for approx. 75% of the training.
During the winter months (approx. 25%), lessons take place online, hybrid or face-to-face.
The lecturers and instructors all come from a practical pedagogical background and impart both theoretical and, above all, practical knowledge.
Our lecturers are all professionals with many years of experience in adult education. The lecturers are booked for the respective topics according to their professionalism.
