Zugelassen werden Personen mit:

• Interesse an Verwaltung, Organisation und sozialen Themen
• Kenntnissen in Deutsch (B2-Niveau)

Ein Quereinstieg aus anderen Berufen (z. B. Einzelhandel, Pflegehilfe, Gastronomie) ist ausdrücklich
möglich. Ein Beratungsgespräch zur Klärung der Eignung ist Bestandteil der Anmeldung.
In einem persönlichen Gespräch mit der Lehrgangs- oder pädagogischen Leitung schaut ihr gemeinsam,
was Du für unseren Lehrgang schon mitbringst.

Je nach Träger und Region liegt das Einstiegsgehalt zwischen 2.300 €  und 2.800 € brutto. Mit Erfahrung und
Zusatzqualifikationen sind auch höhere Gehälter möglich.

In Vollzeit bereiten wir Dich in 7 Monaten auf Deine neue Tätigkeit als Fachkraft Verwaltung
für soziale Einrichtungen vor. Berufsbegleitend benötigst Du 18 Monate oder Du absolvierst nur einzelne, für Dich relevante Module.

Vollzeit: 750 UE und 280 Stunden, montags bis
freitags von 8.30 – 14.30 Uhr
Berufsbegleitend: 498 Unterrichtsstunden
(14-tägig, freitags von 15.30 – 20.30 Uhr und samstags
von 8.30 – 15.30 Uhr)

Die Weiterbildung vermittelt praxisorientiertes Wissen rund um Büroorganisation, Personalverwaltung,
BWL-Grundlagen und den professionellen Umgang mit MS 365. Mit einem starken Fokus auf Kommunikation, Assistenz- und Leitungsunterstützung sowie Öffentlichkeitsarbeit qualifizierst Du Dich für eine verantwortungsvolle Tätigkeit als Verwaltungsfachkraft in sozialen Einrichtungen.

The course is AZAV certified, i.e. it can be paid for by the Employment Agency, JobCentre, pension insurance at 100%. It is also possible for your employer or potential employer to cover the costs. Mehrere praktische Leistungsnachweise und einen
Abschlusstest. In der Übersicht:

• Schriftliche Abschlussklausur / Fallaufgabe
• Mündliche Verteidigung (Präsentation)

Du solltest mindestens 85 % des Unterrichts
wahrnehmen.

Es müssen insgesamt 5 Leistungsnachweise erbracht werden, diese beinhalten u. a den Praktikumsbericht sowie das (schrift. / mündl.) Abschlusskolloquium. Bitte achte darauf, dass Du an mindestens 85% der Unterrichte teilnimmst.

Nach erfolgreicher mündlicher Prüfung erhältst Du dann Dein Zertifikat.

Mit dem erfolgreichen Abschluss dieser Weiterbildung positionierst Du Dich als Fachkraft Verwaltung
in der pädagogischen und sozialen Arbeit – eine Kompetenz, die in Einrichtungen heute mehr denn
je gefragt ist. Du führst Verwaltungsprozesse sicher, strukturiert und eigenständig aus. Dazu gehören
unter anderem: Dokumentation und Aktenführung (z. B. Teilnehmer-, Klienten- oder Patientendaten),
Schriftliche Korrespondenz mit Behörden, Trägern, Kolleg:innen und Klient:innen, Umsetzung und
Kontrolle von Datenschutz- und Qualitätsrichtlinien u. v. m. Damit trägst du wesentlich zu einem reibungslosen
organisatorischen Ablauf in sozialen und pädagogischen Einrichtungen bei und entlastest die Leitung in ihrer täglichen Arbeit.
