Du solltest eine Berufsausbildung oder ein Studium im pädagogischen oder Gesundheitsbereich absolviert haben. Darüber hinaus ist vor allem Berufserfahrung wichtig. Diese hilft Dir auch in der Weiterbildung.

Insofern Du beide Abschlüsse (itb und ihk) favorisierst ist sinnvoll, wenn Du mit Deiner IHK vor Ort Kontakt aufnimmst und dort klärst, ob Du mit Deiner Berufsausbildung und -erfahrung die Prüfung bei der IHK machen kannst.

Die Gehälter sind sehr unterschiedlich. Im Durchschnitt verdienst Du mit dem Fachwirt ca. 3.500,-€ Brutto. Das ist jedoch abhängig von Deinem vorherigen Gehalt, Deinen Berufserfahrungen und Deinem Verhandlungsgeschick.

In Vollzeit bereiten wir Dich in 7 Monaten auf Deine neue Tätigkeit vor. Berufsbegleitend benötigst Du zwei Jahre oder Du absolvierst nur einzelne, für Dich relevante Module.

Die Weiterbildung kostet in Vollzeit mit 798 Unterrichtsstunden und 280 Praktikumsstunden, inkl. Prüfungsvorbereitungen, Skripte/Lehrmittel und Lizenzen nur 7.980,-€.

The course is AZAV certified, i.e. it can be paid for by the Employment Agency, JobCentre, pension insurance at 100%. Ebenso besteht die Möglichkeit, die Kosten über Aufstiegsbafög (AFBG) zu finanzieren.

Der Lehrgang kostet berufsbegleitend mit 600 Unterrichtssunden nur 5.499,00 EUR. Auf Wunsch zahlbar in anteiligen monatlichen Teilbeträgen von monatlich nur 229,13 EUR für zwei Jahre.

Die Kosten für Prüfung bei der IHK belaufen sich auf ca. 650,-€ Gesamtkosten.

Es gibt die Möglichkeit, sich die Kosten als vorweggenommene Werbungskosten bereits ab Beginn der Weiterbildung bei der Steuer anrechnen zu lassen, so dass Du durch die Reduzierung der Steuern die Kosten teilweise oder ganz berücksichtigen werden

Die Kostenübernahme von Deinem Arbeitgeber bzw. potenziellen Arbeitgeber ist ebenfalls möglich.

Du machst intern die gleichen Prüfungen wie bei der IHK, als prüfende Instanz.
Das bedeutet konkret:

zweimal 5,5 Stunden schriftliche Prüfung
und mündliche Prüfung in Form einer Präsentation

Du solltest 85% des Unterrichts wahrnehmen. Du bekommst bei uns den Abschluss, in dem Du erfolgreich an den beiden 5,5 stündigen schriftlichen Prüfung und der mündlichen Präsentation Deines Projektes teilnimmst.
Danach machst Du Deine Prüfung bei der zuständigen Kammer.
